For sure you will unlock scoped semi-autos on sniper, but you shouldn't use it before you get familiar with rifleman class as in this game, scope is very bad thing unless you are in spot where you can use it to your advantage and visibility penalties will not matter too much or at all, so you need some experience with maps.

You will also get MKB and AVT on elite assaults, MKB is only assault rifle and it is jack-of-all-trades that does good job in SMG and eliterifleman role at same time while you have abillity to go full auto and 30 ammo clips. My RS1 does not work properly, so I don't play it, thus I can't really tell you much about it except that its more arcade and have few "noob tubes".
