Where is claptraps repair kit sledge
There are two possible paths. The northern path is the shorter of the two. Old Haven The Claptrap can be found inside a building near the south west section of Old Haven, just east of the junk yard torch that is required for the Smoke Signals: Shut Them Down mission. Several Crimson Lance units wander around this area.
The Repair Kit is located to the east down the street on the other side of Old Haven. Turn left at the end of the street and head north. In the first alley on the left will be a set of stairs. Climbing the stairs, then turning and jumping across the alley to the other building brings one within reach of the Repair Kit.
The Repair Kit will be in a small opening on the right after the jump. Salt Flats The Claptrap can be found inside Baron Flynt's bandit camp at the base of the bucket-wheel excavator located in the middle of this zone. From the east entrance it can be found by turning right and heading north, following the wall past the large fuel tank. The Claptrap lies next to a circular hut. The Repair Kit is back to the south past the vendors and past a dead tree with some barricades.
Here there is another barricade, and jumping over this leads to a pile of debris. Under the mattress is the Repair Kit. The Claptrap also leads the way to a hidden weapons chest inside the circular hut right behind him. He is lying with a bunch of other broken Claptraps in the first main room of the area.
After clearing out all the Crimson Lance, including a turret, go to the back of the room where the turret was and talk to the blue Claptrap.
The Repair Kit is found in the room east of the Claptrap. The room to the east of the Claptrap is accessed from the raised walkway where more Crimson Lance will be encountered.
After defeating the Crimson Lance, make your way to the bottom floor of this room. The Repair Kit is located on a stack of boxes, next to a pile of tires. Upon returning the Repair Kit, the Claptrap will open up a door leading to 2 weapon chests, multiple lockers and money cases, and a few ammo chests. He's also hard to hear, so don't rely on his whimpering to help guide you. When you get near the entrance to the Lumber Mill building, you will be attacked by WereSkags. If you look to your left north you will see the WereSkags leap over a large stack of logs as they come to attack you.
After you have defeated the WereSkags, head up the hill behind these logs and you will find the Claptrap. The Repair Kit is on a large stack of logs in the eastern most corner of this area. You will need to jump on the large log that is leaning on the stack or walk around to the other side of the log pile near the building to reach the kit.
The Repair Kit is located much later in the area, by a vending machine in the large room where you are sent to find Athena. It isn't hidden at all, it's just sitting on a shelf. The Claptrap is on the ground roughly where the arrow points. Access the Claptrap, follow the mission marker up the stairs to the Repair Kit located nearby, return to the Claptrap, and spring the trap.
The enclosure gate shuts when the trap is sprung, locking characters in with the Claptrap. The "rescued" Claptrap will make a brief monologue before more Claptraps appear on the nearby cliff to the southeast, jumping down to join in the attack. Once these are dispatched, the mission marker will lead to a nearby access panel to turn in the mission. You'll enter an area on the ground floor you have to hop a small wall to get there where the last three cans are.
Don't progress too far into this area, and try to kill every bandit you can while taking cover by the handful of structures. Draw enemies too you. When the coast is clear, approach the far southern end and the Reaver will appear.
He fights with a sniper rifle, so get in close range with a shotgun to the face and strafe him. This will give you a major upper hand and you should be able to take him out with a few well placed headshots.
This is a good spot to take a break and go cash in your completed quests and restock your supplies. You get this quest from Crazy Earl, and it sends you down the west side of Krom's Canyon. Stay in the valley as you approach.
You'll find this part to be very easy. When you get to the bridge, the fun begins. Krom has a powerful turret that can change between rockets and bullets. You have to keep moving and stopping behind cover as you work your way up the ramp. Sniping is mostly futile, so the best thing is just to progressively work closer until you're close enough to lob a grenade over or even a shotgun to the face.
This is going to be easier for Sirens, of course, so keep that in mind if playing in a team. After he's dead, raid the chest behind him. Borderlands Wiki Guide.
